ILLiad is the interlibrary loan management software that automates routine functions. Its web-based user interface provides many patron empowerment tools. Patrons submit their requests and are able to track the progress through the system.
Interlibrary Loan office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. The staff is available by phone
